Ixpan promotes a culture of honesty, integrity, mutual respect and professionalism. Within this spirit, we expect our Subscribers (Subscribers refer to entities that have entered into a legally binding agreement with Ixpan for access to its services)  and their registered Users (individuals authorized and onboarded by a Subscriber to utilize the tools and functionalities provided by the Ixpan) to access Ixpan’s SaaS platform responsibly and utilize the full features of their subscription and functionalities in an appropriate and constructive manner. This Professional Policy upholds a transparent and ethical conduct in relation to all Subscribers and Users.

Ixpan reserves its right to take the necessary disciplinary and/or legal measures against any Subscriber, or their registered Users, found in violation of the below.

Our Subscribers/Users have a responsibility to adhere to the below:

Screening of Users

Each Subscriber is responsible for selecting and providing the list of one or more employees who will be granted access to the platform. The basic information relating to these individuals such as their emails, legal names and roles, will be part of their sign-in credentials. Their names may be visible to other companies with whom they choose to interact with via Ixpan. The Subscriber is responsible for ensuring the Users’ information are accurate and kept up to date and that the access is granted to active, identifiable employees within their organization only.

Preform work fittingly

Users are expected to always conduct legal business activities on the platform, befitting their roles. They have the responsibility of ethically completing their job by accomplishing and performing the tasks and functions required efficiently, honesty, and with integrity. In no way does Ixpan condone the use of its tools to conceal and obscure illegal or criminal activities.

Users are expected to adhere to governments’ compliance laws, anti- bribery laws, money laundering laws, intellectual property laws at all times.

Users should not purposely disrupt the services of Ixpan through uploads of viruses, worms, or other software hacks.

Guard sensitive information close to heart

Users will have access to tools to communicate with colleagues and clients. These tools should not be used to discuss any sensitive topics and beliefs a User has in respect of politics, religion, racial issues, sexual preferences and any other issues that can violate the rights of others or cause harm, either morally and/or physically, to others. Uploads of such content will also be considered a violation of this policy and a tarnish on Ixpan’s image.

Users will not use the platform for fictitious placements and will not misrepresent any risk data, engage in market manipulation or disclose any confidential or proprietary information beyond the intended purpose.

User’s pledge

  • To use and access the tools on the platform in a professional, responsible, and ethical manner
  • To only enter and upload real and accurate information and authentic data
  • To comply with all applicable laws and regulations as well as industry standards
  • Not to misuse, impersonate or interfere with other User’s access rights and identities
  • Not to access and use tools without a formal granted permission
  • Not to infringe on the intellectual property of the platform and its Subscribers in any form
  • Not to copy, distribute or share the platform’s functionalities or content without formal written permission from Ixpan or its Subscribers
  • Not to intentionally and willingly upload viruses, worms, or similar harmful codes
  • Not to provide or resell access to the platform to a third party, without Ixpan’s formal written consent, whether the access is granted free or for a fee
  • Not to attempt to reserve-engineer or decipher Ixpan’s source codes or any of its protected components in any manner whatsoever

Subscriber’s Responsibilities

As a Subscriber on Ixpan, you must ensure that you and your delegated Users read, understand, and comply with the information contained within this agreement or any similar agreement that you have signed with your company.

A Subscriber understands that this agreement is considered an integral part of the Service Agreement between the Subscriber and Ixpan. In case of breach of this policy may result in the following:

  • Suspension of Users’ access
  • Deletion of non-compliant content
  • Ixpan reserves its rights to make necessary disciplinary and/or legal measures against the User and Subscriber.

 

Users are equally responsible for the prevention, detection, and reporting of misconduct, discrimination activity, fraud, data theft, bribery and other forms of corruption that involves Ixpan. They are required to avoid any activities that could lead to, or imply, a breach of this agreement.

If you have reason to believe or suspect that an instance of any of the above has occurred or will occur in the future that breaches this agreement, you have a responsibility to notify Ixpan immediately by email to [email protected]
